Alexander Egorov was born in the Southern Soviet Union in 1972. He moved to Toronto in 2004 where he started to explore creative digital photography and digital hand painting. He moved to PEI in 2016. Inspired by the incredible beauty of the Island, and the vibrant artisitic community, he decided to focus on his artwork and develop his own styles and techniques. The current showing of his work shares his acrylic landscape paintings and free-hand pouring paintings. The digital hand paintings and creative digital photographs are available in limited edition prints on watercolor, photo and textured paper. Many of his works showcase the varied views, landcapes, flora, fauna and details of prince Edward Island.
